On Monday’s #CommsChat we welcome Amanda Fone, CEO and founder of Back2businessship, an organisation working to encourage PR, media and marketing mothers to return to work following maternity leave. We’ll look at the obstacles facing women in comms and wider businesses, the notion of returnships, if the situation is improving for women – and the companies currently at the forefront.
