November 8, 2019 #CommsChat on diversity in the workplace
Recently, the Guardian reported that Channel 4 would be introducing menopause-friendly workplace changes to support women going through the menopause. Would this work for every company? On Monday, we’ll discuss diversity and inclusion strategy. Topics include:
- How are diversity and inclusion strategies determined?
- For businesses just setting out D&I strategies, what should be their first steps?
- Should companies focus on specific elements of diversity (mental health, physical wellbeing, age, gender, etc) or use a broader brush?
