Last night on #CommsChat we discussed reputation management and its importance in enhancing an organisational or company brand. We looked at how the term is defined across organisations and its purpose, as well as why reputation management needs acknowledging in an increasingly turbulent economic and social environment. We also discussed how changes to economic and social trends can inform reputation management, in both positive and negative ways.
