June 8, 2016 Transcript of #CommsChat on employee engagement and service delivery
This week on #CommsChat we were joined by Dale Smith (@BridgeDaleSmith) from Bridge Training & Events (@InsideBridge) for a chat about employee engagement and service delivery. We looked at the importance of service delivery in employee engagement, and how organisations should recognise the needs of an engaged, enthusiastic workforce. How this relates to internal communications, and the relationship between brand promise and workplace culture, was also discussed.
