  2.

So sad – we’ve run out of time. Although, while I have to head home that doesn’t mean you folks have to stop chatting .

  3.

Great thanks for letting me be involved.

  4.

the big question here is bought over earned? Is this increasing?

  5.

topic 5 Should Facebook and other social advertising be an important part of the communications mix?

  6.

with 7 more minutes left of tonight’s , lets turn to the last topic, &it’s on social advertising, Facebook, sponsored tweets etc

  7.

you have to love the Olympic sized swimming pool comparison or travelling to the moon and back…

  8.

key is effective media relations, social media and on the ground activity

  9.

Topic 4 How can charities use PR as effectively as possible to communicate key messages with minimal budget?

  10.

lets widen out the PR to not only include social media as we turn to topic 4

  11.

    Nice!

  12.

that is what I struggle with – SM part of live

  13.

who in turn become your brand celebrities themselves

  14.

struggle with this now as it is just daily business – same as email

  15.

we try and ask the big questions 🙂

  16.

but while charities dont have resources do they benefit ovr corporates by having greater credibility & authenticity?

  17.

perhaps that is where you can train volunteers to get support?

  18.

And a celebrity sits with your brand values theyre more likely to want to be involved in the first place… win/win

  19.

build it up over time, gain support, provide insight, have some fun, keep talking

  20.

Topic 3 How should charities use social media to engage with the public?
