    And to keep going back…a successful IC app needs to be sticky!

    Unlike ESNs where critical mass gets it going, Apps have a more defined purpose and agree with , need a strategy

    we’ve been developing our own apps taking an IC content /engagement view

    It’s fairly early days but as with many social channels some love it and use it loads and others won’t use

    Not everyone will always have access. Mobile app is another tool in the toolbox.
