This week on #CommsChat, we welcome Jeremy Pounder, futures director at global media and marketing services company, Mindshare, to talk about the concept of digital dieting – what is it? Is it necessary in an increasingly digital-heavy world? We’ll look at why cutting more digital from your life might be beneficial – and detrimental – as well as the impact it could have on brands.

  • Can less digital lead to a more personal communications approach for brands?
